आए, आए आज श्याम घर आए॥ नील गगन बन श्यामल सुन्दर समय संग शुभ लाए॥ Aa-ay, aa-ay aaj Shyam ghar aa-ay. Neel gagan ban Shyamal sundar Samaya Samaya sang shubh laa-ay. Today God has come to my home. He has incarnated as Shyam blue, the beautiful sky, and has brought with Him this auspicious time.
आए हैं गोपाल हमारे स्वागत उर धैर्य सँभारे॥ Aa-ay hain Gopaal hamaaray Swaagat urdhairyasambhaaray. My Gopal has come today, and in welcoming him I have enough patience at heart.
आई संध्या संग तुम्हारे गाएँ सितारे गीत हैं॥ Aa-ee sandhyaa sang tumhaaray Gaa-ayn sitaaray geet hain. The evening came along with you, my dearest guest. Seeing you, the stars appeared and began to sing.
आओ मिलकर वन्दन कर लें नील वरण भगवान का। Aa-o milakar vandan kar layn Neel varan bhagawaan kaa. Let us all get together and be united in prayer to the Lord, whose existence is just like blue sky and who is Absolute Bliss.
आओगे आओगे आओगे जब श्याम-सत्संग में, आओगे Aa-o-gay aa-o-gay aa-o-gay Jab Shyam-satsang mayn, aa-o-gay. When you will come, will come, will come to Shyam satsang, you will forget all about your hunger and thirst.
आदर्श हमारा श्याम-ज्ञान है कर्त्तव्य हमारा श्याम-ध्यान है॥ Aadarsh hamaaraa Shyam-gyaan hai Kartavya hamaaraa Shyam-dhyaan hai. My ideal is Shyam gyan, the knowledge of Shyam Space, and my duty or function is Shyam dhyan, Shyam meditation.
आदि गुरू को नमन हमारे जिन ने दी है पूर्णिमा॥ Aadi Guru ko naman hamaaray Jin nay dee hai poornimaa. I bow down again and again to the Guru who is without beginning, and who has given his fullness, in the form of Guru Poornima, the total, perfect understanding.
आदि शक्ति परमेश्वरि, आदि शक्ति भगवान। आदि शक्ति जाने जभी, हो जावे कल्याण॥ Aadi shakti paramayshwari, aadi shakti Bhagawaan. God is the supreme power and is the beginning of all. The one who realizes this Adi Shakti fulfills the purpose of his life.v
आज बहे नदिया धीरे-धीरे॥ बाढ़ आई कल थी गति तीव्र चलती। Aaj bahay nadiyaa dheeray-dheeray. Baardh aa-ee kal thee Gati teevr chalatee. Today the river is flowing. It is flowing and flowing.
आज धन्य है मेरा जीवन सत्सँग में मेरा ध्यान लगा॥ Aaj dhanya hai mayraa jeevan Satsang mayn mayraa dhyaan lagaa. Today I felt that my jeevan, or life as a whole, became worthwhile and successful because in satsang my mind got absorbed.
आज की यात्रा,प्रेम से जीयो तुम। जीयो तुम जीयो तुम,प्रेम से जीयो तुम॥ Aaj kee yaatraa, praym say jeeyo tum. Jeeyo tum jeeyo tum, praym say jeeyo tum. You have to live today’s journey with great delight and love.
