In each sixty-minute class, I will begin with a prayer, short meditation, and an introductory talk on the mantra Om. This mantra is powerful, fruitful, and brings peace and wisdom. In each session there will be a silent meditation of seven minutes and an opportunity for Q&A and sharing your experiences. Om Guru, Om Guru, Om Guruvar Shyam!

A human being is born of the answered State, Om.
